Double room to let in shared flat with garden

I have been living in this flat for 12 years. I really like the area and flat and therefore would like to stay living here. Due to a change in circumstances i am now looking for a female to share.

The flat is just a few mins walk from the shops and bus stops. Train station is 15 mins walk. If you have a car, there is parking opposite in a quiet road.

There is a garden with washing line, good size kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer. furnished lounge, large bathroom, and bedroom available is good size.

I work some days and some eves, so you would have full use of the flat when i am not at home.

I am sociable and trustworthy, and I am just looking for someone similar to myself, who enjoys peoples company, and who like me, enjoys time to herself.
