The room is available weekdays ONLY - Sun night to Thurs night, 4 or 5 nights stay acceptable. No weekends. This accommodation for one person would be suitable for a skilled/professional person or on a training placement/course. It has en suite shower, toilet and hand basin; double bed; double wardrobe and cupboards. Bedside cabinets. Desk, chair and lighting. A refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and glasses. Colour TV with free-view. The rent includes Wi-Fi. It is double glazed and centrally heated. All utility bills are included.
Weekly clean of room, bedding and towels provided in the rent charge. Off road parking. Short lets would be considered for professional/skilled person/training courses/placements 1 week + (£25 per night)
