Double Bedroom with large built in wardrobe

We are an eclectic mum and teenage daughter looking for a friendly tenant as our current share is leaving. We have two cats and are vegan/vegetarian (obviously if you eat meat outside the house that's entirely up to you :) We are generally quite clean and tidy, rather loud and boisterous at times but usually quiet in the evenings. Happy to have a tenant who just wants their own quiet corner or one who wants to share cooking etc and the downstairs space. Those who like mowing the lawn get first dibs!!
The house is 3 beds with a large living room and conservatory downstairs and a pleasant garden. Your room is at the front and has a large built in wardrobe. We have a double bed if you need it. We're in Shenley Brooke End with a bus to the town centre taking less than 15 minutes. There is a driveway available as we don't have a car.
