Do you want a great double room in a great, very quiet location with great access to High Wycombe, Marlow, Oxford and beyond, then look no further.

I have three well decorated rooms in a reasonably well equipped and reasonably modern house with on-road and off-road parking. All rooms can be locked securely.

The bathroom has a shower.

Kitchen contains fully automatic washing machine, gas cooker, microwave and so on. Fridge, freezer and storage space is available.

The heating is controlled and thermostated from the hall. In addition each room has its own thermostat that allows personal adjustment of the heat provided.

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and other storage areas, drawers and cupboards with seating and working arrangements.

Broadband is available and unrestricted. The code for access will be provided with a unique access to make is private and secure from each other. .

There is a garden to front and rear which you are welcome to do (I am not looking for a gardener)and use as you feel.

Stokenchurch is a quiet village with a great medical centre, dentist, library, post office and other amenities. It has really good access to the M40 at junction 5. This is a few minutes from me and so not near enough to get disturbed.

The house is not so many from some of the best countryside in the UK and pleasant walks.

It is a non smoking professional household. Drugs possession or use are NOT accepted. The tenancy agreement would be immediately ended if they were ever brought into the house.

I have no objections to your nationality (first language)sexual inclination and no preference for gender. Indeed, providing you keep your areas clean and are friendly you will be welcome to get on with your life as you feel as I prefer to get on with mine.

The rooms are generally let to young professional people.

All essential bills except telephone are included in the price with normal use.
