A good size double bedroom available from 1st November in a 4 Bed detached house in the village of Stone. The bedroom will be re-decorated before the 1st November and will have access to a recently re-furbished main Bathroom. There is a driveway with space for 2 cars as well as a garage.

The room can come as Furnished or unfurnished dependent on the Tenant's circumstances.

The village is located 3 miles outside of Aylesbury along the Oxford Road. There is a bus stop less than 2 min walk with regular buses into Aylesbury as well as to Thame & Oxford. It is also only a 5 minute drive away from Thame & Haddenham Parkway Train Station which takes you into Marylebone within 45 mins. There is a couple of good pubs, a Co-Op and an Indian Takeaway restaurant.

Within the Bills it also covers the cost of a cleaner, however the Tenant needs to be tidy & clean themselves. It would be great to have someone who is also very sociable.

I work in London so get up early every morning and get home late at night. I play Rugby for a local club most Saturdays & love to socialise. There will be occasions when I have friends stay over for a weekend in the other spare room.
