I have a double room with sole use of a bathroom to let in a house on a modern development between Wendover and Tring. The house and room are furnished in a contemporary style and all fresh. It has all the usual amenities, boardband, washing machine, dishwasher, garden(which backs onto Wendover woods, ideal for cycling/jogging),garage, parking etc.
I have taken early retirement from teaching and do some occasional dog walking.
We are a friendly chilled out household, tidy and clean but not obsessive.
I am looking for £600 to include all bills.
Must be a dog lover as have resident dogs who do spend all their time with me and sleep in my room…
