Flatmate wanted for modern flat in Wendover

Hey!

I've just moved into my new flat and I'm looking for someone to rent out the second bedroom either Monday to Friday or 7 days a week.

You will have full access to the lounge and the kitchen (washer/dryer, oven/hob, dishwasher included) and you will also be the main user of the bathroom (there is an en-suite in my room). The bedroom will include a bed, bedside table and a wardrobe.

There is off and on road parking available for the flat and also a bike store should you have one!

There is a corner shop 2 minutes walk from the flat and there is also a Tesco within walking distance. Wendover high street is also within walking distance (15 minutes) and offers shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and a train station which has a direct link into London Marylebone (46 minutes).

I work in Oxford, Monday to Friday so often leave the house around 6: 30/7am and I'm usually home about 6: 30/7pm.

I'm very social and sometimes have people over during the week and often on a weekend. I like going to the gym and would be lying if I said I didn't like lazy days in front of the TV!

I'm looking for someone that is easy to get on with, is fun, up for a laugh and also clean/tidy.
