Double Room in Wendover Full Time or Mon-Fri

Double room in house in wendover and shared use of kitchen and living room. Bath, shower and toilet next to bedroom and separate shower and toilet downstairs. It’s a nice house in a great location, near the canal, fields directly behind the house, great for walks or runs. We try to keep the house tidy so we are looking for somebody who puts dishes in the dishwasher or washes up after cooking, rinses the shower after use etc. We do have a fluffy cat so our new flat mate must be an animal lover and not allergic to cats. He will want you to pet him! There could be some very occasional pet sitting duties if we are away, we can negotiate a rate for this! Large modern kitchen and comfortable sitting and dining area. garden with fish pond pleasant to sit in during the summer with patio furniture. Backs onto fields and canal, room has a nice view of the hills. quiet cul de sac road. We are looking for Non smoking, clean and tidy, professional.
