Excellent dbl room to let in large terraced house.

It is a friendly, chilled household. I am the owner and an actor and live on the property except when I am travelling with work and then could possibly be away for long periods. The bedroom is a large double with an old fashioned brass bed. There are 2 living rooms (both with Sky+) and a large conservatory (Sky free channels)so you can have a lot of privacy should you want it. I am very close to all the shops and pubs/restaurants and the central bus stop. Wolverton railway station is a 10 minute walk. I have a lovely South facing garden should you wish to relax there. There is wi-fi, Sky including Sky sports and full use of a washing machine.
The rent is paid weekly in advance. No deposit is required but I will expect 4 weeks notice when you want to leave.
The room is available from Sunday 28th September. (Possibly from 21st).
Although I have specified age range from 40/60 I am happy to consider younger as long as you are responsible and solvent!
