Double bedroom with use of own bathroom

We are a professional working couple looking for a lodger to fill our spare room in a detached house, we are easy going, friendly/sociable individuals but like to keep the place clean & tidy and fairly quite most evenings, we would ideally like someone with a similar mind set to share with.

The house is in very good condition throughout with new carpets and kitchen (with integrated appliances). You will have use of the living and dining areas, along with the garden. We have our own ensuite hence you will have the family bathroom to yourself.

This is for a Monday to Friday let (or Sunday evening to Friday). Overall the room is very good value for the area and there is easy access to the A14/M11 with regular/cheap bus links into Cambridge. All bills are included.
