The location of the house is very suburban and secure, with zero crime in the area. All 5 neighbours on the close are professional, with many commuting to London each day.

Baston is a lovely village set between Stamford, Peterborough, Bourne and Spalding. There is a regular bus route. The village has a post office/general store, hairdressers, butchers, garage and two restaurants/pubs.
My property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac of 6 houses. The detached house is about 20 years old, therefore fairly well established. Gardens to side and rear.

The offered en-suite room looks out over the back garden.
I am an active individual which means that there are periods when I am not at the property.
