Double Room in Quiet Location

Large double room in a five bedroom house on a quiet cul-de-sac in Benwick.

I've rented the room before through Spareroom and it's been great so looking for another friendly, professional tenant.

It's a lovely size room with a double bed, lots of built in wardrobes and a built in dressing table with mirror. There's also a TV point, and use of the wifi.

The room has a bathroom just next door which would be or your sole use unless my parents or daughter come to visit.

Full use of rest of the house, including kitchen with all mod-cons (washing machine, dishwasher etc), dining room, and living room with doors out to the garden which goes down to the river. (I don't fish but you're more than welcome to!)

I also have a lovely little cat called Luna,
in my spare time I love going to the gym, reading and seeing friends.

Looking for Monday - Friday let.
