Double Room in Village Loction

Large double room in a four bedroom house on a quiet cul-de-sac in Benwick.
I've rented the room twice before through spareroom and it's been great so looking for another friendly tenant.

It's a lovely size room with a double bed, There's also a TV with free view and use of the wifi.

Full use of rest of the house, including kitchen with all mod-cons (washing machine, tumble etc), dining room/ living room with doors out to conservatory that lead to the garden.

I have dogs that many live out side but are friendy and always willing. to help finsh ur tea. Very freindy as they r working dogs

parking on drive. Lots of nice walks alonge river side and good local pub
