Double Sized Single Room For Short Term Rent

I have a single bedroom (double size but only a single bed) available for 2 months (all of August and September) near Chatteris. I am a 24yo software designer working mainly from home. The room is large and light, you would have your own private bathroom (not joined to the room but just opposite) and there is storage in the other spare room next door if you need it. The room has a single bed (very comfy!), a bedside table, a wardrobe, a canvas covered shelving unit and a desk with chair. There is 2 windows looking out over the garden. I have a large kitchen with dishwasher and big fridge freezer for you to share, and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a large garden to the rear which is great for sunbathing as it is not overlooked! There is plenty of parking (once I sell one of my cars there will be space in the garage or on the driveway if you have a car). The rent includes all bills plus internet. I have two very friendly little cats but they will not bother you if you don't like them, they are not allowed in any bedrooms, only downstairs.

The house is in Benwick which is a little village in the fens, there is a pub at the end of the road. Chatteris is about 5-7 minute drive from the house where there is all your local amenities, including a large co-op and takeaways. In the other direction, Whittlesey (spelt Whittlesea if you are looking for trains) is only 15 minutes away and the halfway point between the house and Peterborough centre. It takes around 30 minutes to drive to Peterborough city centre where there is a train station, large shopping centre and various supermarkets and activities.
