Detached rural location but close to all amenties

A furnished double room situated in a quiet location on a farm in the village of Burwell only a short drive (8miles ish) to Cambridge and (4miles) to Newmarket.
I've had lodgers for the past 15yrs. This is a sociable home so you are not confined to your room! There is a large kitchen with all the usual kit,
a shared bathroom and two toilets.
I live here with my dogs(kenneled outside) and cats so if you don't like or are allergic to animals you may not like this place.
The bungalow is in a peaceful location 1/2 mile down a drive with no immediate neighbours, so It is rural.
I work on the farm so am here 24/7 (except holidays), am pretty laid back and easy going.
For clarity, this is a no smoking house. There is off street parking on the driveway, use of the garden etc. Great walks, cycle rides etc
The village has pubs, sports centre, take aways (Indian, Chinese, fish n chips) large co op, corner shop, bank and post office so pretty much all you need. Bury st Edmunds, Newmarket and Cambridge are all easily accessible.
