Double Room in Character Cottage

Looking for somebody to share this property with me and my 15 year old Collie dog. I'm offering a furnished double room with wardrobe, desk etc and you get your very own little staircase.. The house is a grade 2 listed cottage situated near the Church in Burwell, complete with inglenook fireplace and woodburner. It's a really old cottage, probably not great for tall people or minimalists. Recently Had a new bathroom and kitchen fitted and I've got a lovely garden (in the summer) for bbq's and chilling, It's even got a little summerhouse.

I'm a self-employed tree surgeon. I enjoy cooking, beer, music, festivals, camping, weekends, all the usual stuff. Love partying at weekends, tend to have quiet evenings in the week as i start work early. Looking for someone easygoing, that's my main criteria.

Room should be available from August. Price is inclusive of all bills and council tax. Unlimited broadband and catchup tv.
