Hi, we are looking for a fun outgoing female to occupy a large double room in our clean modern house that has recently undergone refurbishment. There is a new contemporary kitchen and bathroom, decked area ready for BBQ's. We have a large lounge area with flat screen, sky, superfast wireless broadband etc. The rent includes all bills apart from the gas card, which we take turns to put £30 on. We (Joe, Steve and Charlotte) are independent hard working professionals but like to enjoy ourselves evenings and weekends . The house is always clean & tidy and is off Milton Road about a mile from the science and business park. Buses run into town from across the road, there is parking and storage for bikes. The room has double bed, table & large wardrobe.
