Hi!
We need a nice new housemate as of now for a good double room, located at the sainsburys end of coleridge road/mill rd. You'd be sharing with two friendly professionals (1 guy/girl, mid 30's). The room is currently partly furnished although can be changed depending on preference. It’s nice house, has a recently updated kitchen and garden and a small spare room, together with WiFi and washing machine. Space for off road parking and its a good location being only 10 mins by bike to town and addenbrookes and 5 mins to the station. Rent is inclusive of all bills will be around £475 per month.
