Double Room, approx sizes 13'0" (3.3m) x 11'4" (2.9m) with Double Divan bed, Desk & Chair, Built-in Wardrobe and set of large draws a single person only. Available from 4th January.
Rent is £550 pcm including bills and Deposit is £750.

• 32" LCD TV and Data Projector for those sporting events and Movie nights

• Cleaner comes once a week

There is also ample parking available. The house is positioned very close to the Science and Business Parks (10min walk),A14 and about ten seconds walk from the bus stop, the Citi1 bus takes you into town and the train station, there is a park about 10 seconds away and we are only about a 10 minute bike ride away from town. Tesco Express and Budgeons is a 5min walk away, Large Tesco is a 5 min drive away. There are a couple of gyms close by also.
There is plenty of storage for bikes, etc.
The current tenants are great, tidy, considerate, everyone has their own lives but also come together for dinner, BBQ or a movie in the lounge. We have a spare room with sofa bed for friends if they want to stay.

All Bills are covered in the rent (Council Tax, Elec, Gas, Water, Virgin Media, TV Licence, Internet (wireless and cabled) and the cleaner. This does not include phone calls.
