Double room in friendly house

Hi potential housie!

I'm looking for a fourth housemate to rent one good sized double (£500), in a semi-detached property in Cherry Hinton. All bills included, including broadband/virgin TV and council tax.
£250 deposit. Minimum 6 months term.

The house has a good sized living room, large kitchen and garden with shed for bikes. The room itself is good sized double and has a bed/wardrobe/chest of drawers - the usual stuff.

I work as a fundraiser for a conservation charity so i guess I'm classified as a young'ish professional and the other two housemates are sociable and friendly. We also have two cats.

The house is about a 20 min bike ride from town and there is a good bus service around the corner.

I'm 28 and a 'live in landlord' after buying it with my dad (who lives in Belgium) but i'm pretty relaxed and easygoing!!

It's a fairly sociable house with most of us gravitating to the kitchen/living room in the evenings and we do go down the pub for a pint every now and then/the odd house dinner.
