The house is huge and has a front garden and a massive back garden with storage space for bikes, has large kitchen and living room area (with TV and freeview) along with a downstairs toilet, upstairs shower and main upstairs bathroom consisting of toilet, sink, shower and corner bath. The is one room available which is downstairs. Prefer student. The price is £515 pm which includes water, gas and electric and is either available to move in from the 1st Aug or 1st Sept.
