We have one fully furnished double room available to rent. The room is ensuite with toilet, washbasin and shower. In the room is a double bed, bedside tables, triple wardrobe and a chest of draws. Also included in the room is a flatscreen TV. There is access to a fully functioning kitchen, including microwave, ovens, fridge/freezer and own cupboard space. There is ample off street parking in the area.

Longstanton is situated 8 miles outside of Cambridge. Access to Cambridge and surrounding towns is easy via the A14, local bus routes and the Guided Busway. The location would primarily suit a professional who does not want/need to live in the town centre. It is very peaceful in Longstanton, with plenty of countryside to explore.

The room is suitable for a couple, however the increased rent would be £170 per week.
