Single room - close to Mill Road

I have a single room available from 26 April.

The room is in a very friendly 5 bedroom houseshare on Catharine street near Mill road. Very convenient for central Cambridge, universities and train station and plenty of restaurants. The room is furnished with a single bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, and two side drawers.

The room is quite small (6.52 square meters to be precise) and won't suit everyone, so take a good look at the photos and check they would meet your needs.

The house has an eat-in kitchen, conservatory used as a sitting/TV room and a quiet garden, including space for your bike.

This is usually a gender mixed household (but currently 5 x female) which is also very international, (tenants currently from UK, Spain, France, Mexico and India). Any nationality welcome, but important that you can communicate comfortably in English! The house is not a "party house" but mature students/post grads welcome. This house is kept clean and tidy by the current tenants, so you must be someone willing to help keep it that way. A few of the tenants have a science/research background but this is not essential!

PLEASE NOTE: The rent INCLUDES council tax, but NOT other bills. Other bills are worked out between the tenants, but should be around £75 per month.

Minimum let 5 months but longer is better.
