My house is situated on the edge of Kings Hedges, very near to the A14/A1 and M11.
The house is ideal for commuters to Newmarket or Bury St Edmunds or those employed at the Science or Business Parks in Cambridge.
Myself and my current tenant are hard-working and like the house to be a calm and peaceful environment. I own 2 indoor cats who are very friendly and provide a nice welcome home to anyone!
As I work a lot from home and my current tenant works day/night shifts, the house would suit anyone requiring a calm and cosy environment to relax in after work or studying. That said, I'm happy to be sociable and share the living space over dinner, films or just chatting!

We have an excellent bus service which is scheduled to run every 10 minutes into the town centre.

We are also a short walk or cycle ride from city centre.

The house is clean, cosy and modern. Superfast broadband, freeview tv and most mod cons are available and costs are covered within the all-inclusive rent of £450 per month. .
The room is available from 1st July 2019 and is bright, clean and furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, small filing cabinet and a bedside table.
The room is for single occupancy only.
A security deposit of £450 and the first months rent will be required, as will references.
