2 x Double Rooms available in 4 Bedroom Townhouse

We have two rooms available from February 1st (potentially earlier if required) in our very well kept 4 Double Bedroom Townhouse on Orchard Park in Cambridge.

The house is extremely well fitted out with all amenities and a bathroom on each floor. The living room is spacious and well kept with good quality furniture, Sky+ and a good broadband connection.

Both rooms are good sized double rooms and are available unfurnished or part furnished. The bathroom will be shared with one other only and is equipped with a shower / bath.

On street parking is available and we also have an allocated parking space to the rear of the house. We also have loft storage space available if required.

We are all active people and get on extremely well, we are looking for someone easy to get on with, who is happy to keep the house clean and enjoys similar interests. We often cook, eat and shop together.
