Two Rooms Available Near The Science Park
We have two recently available rooms available. One is a cosy small room and the other is a large room.
The rooms are available in a friendly well maintained 4 bedroomed house near the Science Park.
The rooms are fully furnished.
The house benefits from central heating, new double glazing, wireless internet, parking plus the usual mod cons.
Separate kitchen, lounge, bathroom, toilet, cycle shed and garden.
Our preference is for friendly, sociable and considerate non smoking working professional females.
If you are interested then we would love to hear from you and show you round the house, rooms and meet you for a chat.
If you could reply telling us a little bit about yourself and your current circumstances then that would be great.
Would suit professional females in their early 20’s to early 30’s.
Rooms (1) £530 per month (2) £620 per month both + bills (gas, electricity & internet).
Plus £35 per month towards Council Tax, TV Licence & Water Rates.
