Double room in great house by the station

Hi, we're looking for a non-smoking guy or girl to join our awesome sociable house.

We have busy lives but enjoy sharing tea and conversation when we bump into each other on an evening.

We're friendly and easy going with a considerate but chilled-out style. We keep the place clean and tidy but not in an obsessive way!

The house:- We're near the station, just over the cycle bridge. It's a three storey town house, about 9 years old, with four bedrooms - two of which are en-suite, so no queuing for the bathroom.

The house is fully furnished including a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher.

We're in a quiet crescent and there's ample parking.

We have wireless broadband and have a relaxing communal lounge and garden

There are two rooms available: A double room with wardrobe, double bed, drawers and a desk, and with a bathroom just a few steps away (to be shared with one other). £450 plus £120 for bills

There is also a small double also with a bathroom to share with one other and furnished with a double bed. £415 plus £120 for bills
