The Room
It is a very large, furnished double room with views of trees and a green. The room has a built in wardrobe, two chests of drawers, a bedside light, a large bookshelf, a period desk, a black and brass double bed and a comfy sofa.
The Area
Nuttings Road is a calm, beautiful street with a green in the middle and a nature reserve next door.
Convenient for Addenbrookes, the train station, city centre, Mill Road, the Beehive Centre and the A14. There is on street parking and secure, undercover bike parking. A three minute walk from Coldham's Lane Sainsbury's.
Us
You will be sharing with a friendly couple and must like children. We are looking for a lovely, quite tidy, probably environmentally friendly housemate.
The House
Water, electric, WiFi, council tax bills, toilet roll included. We will clean communal areas and tend the garden unless you want to. There is a front vegetable garden and the back garden is wildlife friendly and good to hang out in the hammock. The house is clean and well insulated. It is heated by wood and solar energy. The kitchen has a cooker, toaster, kettle, washing machine and fridge-freezer. The living rooms are spacious and comfortable. We require a deposit of £450 and a DBS check (we can help with this). .
