Double Room with En-suite in friendly house share

Hello!

We are looking for a third person to come and join our friendly house. We are two young professionals who have moved to the area and we have a spare room that needs renting!

We have a big double room to rent, the room is unfurnished with it's own toilet. The house has a kitchen, sitting room and a large garden. It is very spacious. We have sky TV and all bills are included in the rent.

You will need to be ok with dogs as the landlord's dog comes to stay every so often. 15-20 minute cycle from the city centre and safe storage, buses that travel to city centre every 10 minutes.

We are looking for someone with similar interests aged between 20-30 years old and we would prefer a female. We are a very friendly and enjoy playing sport, going to the pub, music, tv, day trips, growing tomatoes and shopping! We look forward to hearing from you.
