Double room in a spacious 3 bed house -with built in wardrobe, double bed, 2 chests of drawers tv point and countryside views.
2 bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom is pretty much yours as we mostly use the downstairs bathroom, so no fighting for the shower in the mornings!!
Fully equip kitchen/breakfast room and lounge/diner.

Large garden and parking space available
Female preferred. Professional or long term students are welcome

The house is currently occupied by myself (34) and my 8 year old daughter and very cute small dog. I'm working and studying for a masters degree and am laid back and sociable my daughter stays with her dad for some part of every week so it is often only me in the house.

Cambourne is a 15 minute drive from Cambridge city and has great road links via A428, A14, M11 also regular bus into the city centre.
It is perfectly situated for Addenbrookes, Science Park and local train stations KingsX in under 90 mins door to door.
There is also all the local amenities you could wish for supermarket, shops, gym, pubs, cafe etc....
