Double room in friendly house near the meadows
We have a large, rear-facing double bedroom in our shared house available from the end of September / beginning of October. The rent is £400 + bills (utilities, council tax and internet).
The house has a large living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom. The house is a short walk from both the city centre and Grantchester meadows, and there is free on-street parking. The Red Bull is a matter of yards away too.
We are looking for a friendly, young professional - you would be sharing with two guys, both tidy and considerate. NB. Cake-baking skills are definitely welcome!
