Large Double Room in a Friendly House

We´re looking for a new housemate to fill a large double room, which is becoming available in mid August. The room is part furnished with a double bed, a shelving unit, a desk and a large set of built-in wardrobes, leaving you with plenty of extra room and a lot of storage space.

The house is semi-detached, has a good-sized garden (with covered bike storage) and is located on a quiet road north of the river, not far from Jesus Green. We've got local shops and pubs close by and are 10 minutes cycle from both the city centre and the science park. There's on-road parking available and the area is convenient for the A14 and M11. Downstairs we have a cosy lounge, a dining room and a kitchen. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

We're a young professional and mature student who enjoy a friendly home and are as happy spending an evening out drinking cocktails as having a night in with some friends and a board game. Although we hang out together quite often, we have our own things going on too. We're therefore hoping to find someone who likes to strike a balance between being independent and joining in with the house.

The monthly rent is £550 including bills. We let the house through an estate agent, so we will ask you to sign our existing contract. The deposit is £400 and an agency referencing fee will apply.
