The house is a Victorian terrace house with a fantastic new kitchen & dining room, and a comfortable living room.
There's me and my cat, so prospective lodgers must be cat lovers. I'm sociable, clean and tidy, and want someone similar.
I can't offer a car parking space, but you can keep your bike in the back garden.
Bills are ~£150 pcm on top, so it's an expensive room, but well worth it. Viewings recommended.
