Double room in happy houseshare

Hello!

We are two girls in our 30s and we're looking for a third housemate to share our lovely cottage home in Waterbeach.

Please don't be put off by the location! Waterbeach is a beautiful village on the outskirts of Cambridge, it is easy to commute to Cambridge by car (I do it some days) and there is a riverside cycle path if you prefer to cycle (I do this a lot)! Our house is also two minutes from Waterbeach train station, with frequent trains running to Cambridge (the ride only takes 6 minutes) and Ely (10 minutes) or even London (1 hour). It couldn't be more convenient!

The room is a bright, unfurnished double room, with built in wardrobes and ample storage space. A mattress is available if required.

The house has a shared kitchen, living room and conservatory, we have a nice little garden (with bike shed) and a shared bathroom.

We are both relaxed and easy going, and we would like a similar minded house mate. We are busy people; we both work full-time, but enjoy socialising in the evenings at home in front of the TV with a cup of tea

We both enjoy being outdoors; gardening, cycling and walking and we enjoy travelling and exploring.
