Double Room All Bills Included

We have a double room available in our friendly house share. The room has a double bed, chest of draws, a desk and built in wardrobe and storage cupboard. The bathroom was renovated last year with a walk in shower, large sink, toilet and heated towel rail - this is shared with just 2 other tenets. The kitchen was also renovated a few months ago with dual ovens and microwaves, 3 fridges and 3 freezers alongside ample cupboard space. There is also a dining room table and internet TV to enjoy while you cook! The lounge is comfortable again with a TV (so when the boys watch football the girls can watch soaps!). We have a laundry room with 2 washing machines, a tumble dryer and plenty of drying racks. We have secure bicycle storage and to top it off we even have a spare bedroom for guests. We have a cleaner that comes over every week to clean the communal areas.

Trumpington is a great location. It's very close to town, either 2 miles by bike or use the park and ride to get there by bus. There is also plenty of parking around the house if you have a car.
