Buddy-up houseshare one double room to rent
I am a 28 year old professional female living with a 29 year old professional male friend of mine in a three bedroom house. We are looking for a friendly, reliable and fun person to stay with as a buddy-up system for house-share. This means that all three of us sign a contract with Bradshaws the letting agent and we are all responsible for the rent and bills of the property (which is much better then renting from private landlords). We are looking for someone to stay on for at least 6 months (possibly longer). We do work 9 - 5 during the week so no wild parties during the week but we are looking for a nice person we can be friends with as well as live with. Trips to events, pubs, outdoor activities would be most welcome sometimes during the week and on weekends. We would like to meet up with you so you get a chance to know us and feel comfortable. We are looking for someone to move in on the 1st September but you could possibly move in a bit earlier if necessary.
