Double room to rent - Thoday Street

We have an unfurnished double room to rent in friendly shared house for a professional.

It's a nice cosy house & we have all the usual stuff - tv, broadband, running water and walls/roof etc. There is a living room and dining room, smallish kitchen, shared downstairs bathroom & toilet and a garden (the toilet is not in the garden) (usually). There is normally on street parking near the house, but we're off mill rd so it can get busy.

We're a 10ish minute walk from the train station, 20ish minutes from town centre and 20 seconds from the nearest pub/takeaway/shop.

We are a friendly couple and we're looking for a friendly, easy going, not too noisy, tidy housemate.

Smokers are ok but only outside.

The room is unfurnished - we'll put a picture up soon... it's a bit of a mess and I'm terrible at taking pictures so I apologise about the poor quality!
