The house is very close to the station, Addenbrookes hospital and is about a 20 minute walk from town.
There are two other housemates, both friendly professionals, 20-25 yo.
Shared rooms include: bathroom, toilet, kitchen, lounge and spare room.
There is parking at the back of the house and a nice garden for sunny days!
Bills are not included and are around £100 per month including wifi, gas, electricity, water and counsel tax.
No pets, no smoking.
