I am the landlady of this flat ( I am currently working and studying for a PhD and I'm looking for a tenant who appreciates a quiet home environment). I will be living in private areas of the flat during the tenancy (ie: communal areas are the kitchen, hallway, bathroom, drying room and communal areas in the building for single bicycle storage). I am looking for a professional in full time employment or a PhD student to rent the available spaces to.

All bills included in rental price (such as Gas, electricity, water, WIFI, home insurance, TV license, service charges). Deposit is required from tenant.

Minimum 6 month contract with a 3 month probationary period. Strictly no pets or couples. No smoking. Tenant is required to sign a contract.
