Furnished double sized room with single bed available in a shared house on the south side of the City, offering easy access to Addenbrookes Hospital and the City centre. The property features shared open plan kitchen/living room with French doors to rear garden, family bathroom and 2 further bedrooms. Front and rear gardens and driveway parking.

The current housemates are a genetic counsellor and a trainee social worker & part time dramatherapist. We are looking for a professional or mature student to join us. We both work hard and are busy most evenings. We enjoy spending time drinking tea and chatting. We're both Christians and attend local churches. We like to relax when we have free time, by watching films, reading, gardening and baking. We also like to dine out, go to the theatre, charity events, church events etc. We take our work life seriously, but we do like to 'let our hair down' on our days off and have a laugh. We don't mind having guests to stay but within in reason. We would love to hear from you if you are interested.
