Lovely double room in 2 bed flat near Science Park

My current flatmate is moving out at the end of August so I'm looking for a fairly tidy, sociable post-graduate student or professional to take her room as from September 1st.

The room is a furnished double room with a large wardrobe. The flat has an open-plan kitchen/living room, and a shared bathroom. There is also secure car parking, as well as a bike shed. The apartment building is located just off Milton Road, aprox. 5 minutes by bike from the Science Park and a 15-20 minute bike ride into town. There is also the Park & Ride bus stop about ten minutes walk away which goes to the city centre and the railway station every 10-15 minutes.

As a full-time student, I am exempt from paying council tax. The £580 per month rent includes all bills (water, gas, electric, TV license, broadband internet) EXCEPT council tax.

You'll be sharing the flat with me, a history PhD student and King's College London. My research is connected with a museum in Newmarket which is why I live in Cambridge, but do I work from home multiple days a week, so it would make the most sense if you weren't a regular home-worker yourself.
