Due to our good friend James moving on for an exciting new role in London, we have a spare room in a modern and stylish property off of Evergreens in Cambridge (CB4). The room is a large and spacious double approximately 117” by 124” and there is an additional built-in wardrobe 52” by 21”.

The property is a 3 bedroom semi-detached in a good neighbourhood. There is a drive with two parking spaces (one space provided) and plenty of additional street parking. Rooms include a lounge and dining room, kitchen, hall, bathroom (with bath and shower), 3 bedrooms and a back garden. Room can be provided furnished or unfurnished.

Deposit is £475 and rent is £335 per month + bills and water equalling on average £30-£40 per month. Internet is provided and the best bit is you get to share the property with 2 pretty awesome guys :-D. We’re open to hearing from anyone who is interested at the moment and will arrange for appropriate parties to visit and meet with us over the coming weeks. We’re pretty easy to get on with and finding the right person to move in is very important to us. Ideal new housemate will be a working professional (male or female) who is also easy to get along with, clean/tidy and have an upbeat personality. Room is available as of 04th August but we need someone to move in by September at the latest really.
