Large, light and airy double bedroom in a three storey shared house in a prime location of central Cambridge. A quiet residential road 5 minute walk from the train station, 15 minute walk to the historic centre of Cambridge and shops and a gym less than 5 minutes walk away. The house has two shared bathrooms (showers and baths), a large shared living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a larder and dishwasher, and a nice back garden. The house is fully furnished.

The bedroom has a double bed, large desk in front of a lovely bay window, cupboard, 2 sets of drawers and plenty of storage. It is available for 4 months 1st September - 31st December (inclusive).

The house currently has 5 post-graduate student living in it. Four males will be living there during the rental period. We are preferentially looking for a Masters or PhD student studying in Cambridge who is outgoing and tidy and wants to rent for the full 4 months.
