We are 2 professionals in their early thirties (feeling in their late twentiesJ) looking for a couple to share a cost of rented furnished house. On average, we pay monthly £330 per person (based on occupancy of 4). The amount is for rent & bills (electricity/gas, council tax, water) & internet & TV licence.
If you are a car owner, parking is available off the road for free. There is a bus stop 1 minutes from our house (bus route n#3) which will take you to town & train station. We both cycle as there is a lovely path alongside the river to city centre (around 3, 5miles = 20/30minutes)
We are non-smokers (which is not a problem if you are). We are respectful and expect the same as we want to again recreate a lovely home not just a share home.
