I would like to rent out the whole house for £1500 per calendar month as a unit and not by individual persons. However each person will have separate contracts which will cost £100 in administration fees each. plus £200 inventry checkin £200 inventory check out .Families ,students ,working people are all welcome so long as they are responsible. IF one person decides to take the whole house ,paying me the full amount each month ,I will allow then to sub contract ,so there will only be one contract in this case ,As I live far away from cambridge you would need to give me ample notice if you wish to view the property from the inside .,thanks
