Room to let - Barnwell Rd

I have a spacious (3x3.5m) spare double room in my house on Barnwell Rd and am looking for a friendly, tidy person to live in it. The rent is £500/month including all bills, (inc wireless internet, council tax etc) and is available from 27th September 2017. The room has a double bed & mattress, a chest of drawers and a built-in cupboard – but I can get any other necessary furniture (desk, bedside table) if you need it. (And I can get rid of the bed if you don't need it). The bathroom has a bath and a good shower, and there is a washing machine in the kitchen. I am a ten minute walk from the big Sainsburys, and the C3 bus into town stops just round the corner. There is space for parking in the driveway, and the back garden provides a secure area for a bike. Please call me (Chris) or email if you’d like to pop round and have a look.
