There is a small co-op shop a about thirty seconds from us for any quick food and it takes a 10min cycle to get to the city centre or10 min to ARU and Grafton centre.

This single room on the ground floor has a single bed, chair and a two door wardrobe, a new sink and shower. A fully equipped good size kitchen and a small dining room. There is a small dog in the house and we have a large garden in the back. This room is £750 per months including bills and Wifi. A professional cleaner comes twice a week to do communal areas . Other tenants currently residing in the house include one female university student and two female professional.

Suitable for one person only , a non smoking, clean ,quiet and friendly female student or full time female employed professional. No pet no night shift work, and not suitable for working at home.
