Hello, we are a young married couple with a 3 bedroom house who have a comfortable furnished double room with double bed available from 1st Nov - 1st Feb.

We both work full time.

The house includes:
Large Kitchen with plenty of space and double oven
Separate pantry and fridge for tenant
Shared bathroom with new shower and bath
2 WC's (toilets)
Shared Living Room (we are usually in our room anyway)
Lots of storage space
Small back garden
100 MB Broadband

Great location near to Tesco Express, Budgeons, Takeaways, GP, Science Park, Cambridge Regional College and regular Bus Service into town (every 10 minutes).

We are looking for someone who is responsible and friendly and professional who is easy going and would be interested in the room from 1st November to 1st February.

I am pregnant and due in February so if you did want to stay on there is an opportunity to, but it can be discussed later on.

We have a part time live in cat called Cornelius who is home about 20% of the time!

I speak Spanish and English.
