A medium sized single room with a large ensuite bathroom/bathtub is available in a 2-bedroom flat in Central CB1 area from April 1st week. I live in the flat in the other room and am looking for a clean and friendly flatmate.

The flat has a huge living room and a nice kitchen, both of which are fully furnished (Washer, dryer, oven, hob, microwave, Virgin high speed fibre optic internet) and these would be shared. The single room comes with a bed and mattress, underbed storage, a large wardrobe space and large ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The property also comes with access to locked bike shed and private car parking space.

The flat is located centrally with access to Train station, Sainsbury/Tesco/Cinema etc within 5-10mins walking distance, 15min walking to Addenbrookes/MRC-LMB and 10min walking to Anglia Ruskin. The property is managed by a agency. The Rent for the property is £520 per person (£1040 per month to agency shared equally between us) and the bills are under £150 per person (Gas/Electricity, Water, Council tax and Internet).

About myself, I'm a friendly, sociable and clean flatmate and work as a postdoc in Cambridge. Kindly note that the pictures were taken before my current flatmate moved in and the room is currently occupied by my flatmate. The new flatmate should expect to find the house and room as per the pictures when moving in.
