Cosy house with friendly housemates of Mill Rd

Hi there,

We are two young female professionals who have just signed the lease for this lovely house off Mill Road. It has two doubles and one single room and one of the double rooms is available to rent with beginning 8th November when we will move into the house. We are looking for a typical 20 something or 30 something female professional who is both outgoing but also independent and who we can make a nice and relaxed, welcoming home with!

The house has a shared living room and kitchen and a little dining room - in adddition there is lots of storage space and the house super bright and airy and well maintained (see pictures).

There is an application fee of £180 pounds to be paid to the agent unfortunately and having talked with previous tenants we suspect bills will be in the region of 80 to 90 pounds each a month including broadband etc. There is a 6 month contract and there after, it is a rolling one so we can move out or stay on for as long as we like.

As we are not living in the house, we would arrange a viewing with the current tenants who are still there. But maybe first step is just meet and have a chat and then if we are all happy, we can just contact them and bring you to see the place to see what you think!

Most furniture is included already and the only thing we need to buy is a TV! I believe we also need to buy some cutlery and dishes etc but that should be cheap between all three of us and it might be nice anyway to get some stuff to make the place our own :-) Looking forward to hearing from you!
